Mycotoxins
Starting in the second half of 2.021, we began our alliance with ProGnosis® BIOTECH, the main laboratory that produces kits in Greece, a co-leader in the diagnosis of the main mycotoxins present in raw materials and finished products of the food industry, endorsed by the ILVO Reference Laboratory .
Its exclusive PROGNOSIS DATA READER® software is an autonomous, open, and friendly statistical analysis program for its use and implementation in the laboratory program.
SYMMETRIC
It uses the Lateral Flow technique (Immunochromatography) for the diagnosis of mycotoxins in Raw Materials. In presentations of 24 and 48 tests, and with availability of two equipment for reading, accompanied by a very complete and accurate software.
SYMMETRIC M1
(Minimum Limit of Detection) LOD 2 ppt. Symmetric M1 is an innovative lateral flow test for the quantitative determination of aflatoxin M1 in cow, sheep, goat and ultrapasteurized (UHT) milk.

(Minimum Detection Limit) LOD 2 ppb: B1, B2, G1, G2.
Use 50% Ethanol for sample extraction.
SYMMETRIC B1 ES
(Minimum Detection Limit) LOD 0.5 ppb. Symmetric B1 Extra Sensitive is an innovative lateral flow test for the quantitative determination of aflatoxin B1 in grains, nuts, cereals and others.
SYMMETRIC DON
(Minimum Detection Limit) LOD 0.1 ppm: Uses deionized water for sample extraction. Lateral Flow Test for the quantitative determination of Deoxynivalenol, in grains, nuts, cereals and others.
SYMMETRIC TOTAL ES
(Minimum Detection Limit) LOD 0.2 ppb. Symmetric B1, B2, G1, G2 Extra Sensitive is an innovative lateral flow test for the quantitative determination of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2 in grains, nuts, cereals and others.
SYMMETRIC HISTAMINA
(Minimum Detection Limit) LOD 5.3 ppm. Lateral Flow Test for the quantitative determination of Histamine in fresh fish, canned fish, frozen fish and fishmeal. Does not require an acylation process.
SYMMETRIC GREEN
Mycotoxin diagnostic line by means of the Lateral Flow technique, which uses an aqueous buffer for sample extraction, which offers an advantage by reducing the risks for the operator and the environment. Concentrations of B1, B2, G1, G2, DON, ZON, OCHRATOXIN, FUMONISIN, T-2/HT-2 can be diagnosed.
BIO-SHIELD
Quantitative ELISA tests developed for compliance with ISO 14675:2003, and with similar protocols to obtain results in 75 minutes. Formats of 24, 48, 96, or 192 tests. M1, B1, B2, G1, G2, TOTAL, OCHRATOXINS, DON, ZON, T2, T2/HT-2 and HISTAMINE in protocols up to 5 minutes, and with ideal LOD for each matrix.
1-STANDARD
LISA test for the determination of Mycotoxin concentrations, based on a pre-calibrated curve that reduces the procedure to 5 minutes. Unlike the BIOSHIELD line, it requires only one analyte to quantify B1, TOTAL, DON, ZON, FUMONISIN.
